is the worlds largest retailer of natural and organic foods.  Freshly prepared foods and breads if you don't feel like cooking.

Fresh Market (gourmet grocery store; really good flavored rotisserie chicken breasts, salmon, etc. at the deli)

Calandro's Supermarket (hard to find items and I like their bakery breads, wine & cheese selections and prepared foods such as a Cheddar cheese & walnut spread to bring to parties)

Matherne's Grocery (another really nice grocery store near us with helpful customer service and pretty good seasoned fried fish in the deli.. reminds me of my favorite fried fish from Tony's Seafood which is way over in North BR)
